Located in Piazzale Roma, the only area of Venice's historic center accessible by car, the hotel faces the Grand Canal and is next to the ferry terminal and airport coach stop. It is a 2-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station and close to the Constitution Bridge, Church of San Simeone Piccolo, and Church of Maria di Nazaret. The hotel has its own private car park, available on request.
Hotel History Features
The building dates back five centuries, with part of the main structure originating from an old monastery for the Orsoline sisters. Common areas display sculptures and paintings from both modern and antique periods. The hotel has operated since 1938 and features very large common areas designed to respect guest privacy.
