It is a 2-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station and close to the Constitution Bridge, Church of San Simeone Piccolo, and Church of Maria di Nazaret. The hotel has its own private car park, available on request.

The building dates back five centuries, with part of the main structure originating from an old monastery for the Orsoline sisters.
