perfect spot attentive staff plush room
the hotel's spot is quite special, very near piazzale roma plus the vaporetto. getting around this place is so easy, dear. the hotel is luxurious. the staff always want to assist people. the room feels so plush and quiet, i get good sleep.

breakfast included many options. the dining area was clean. there was a variety of food. the coffee tasted really good, especially at breakfast time.

the staff are really amazing. they really took good care for everyone, much appreciated. daniele and erica were attentive. they looked after our every need so gently.

the location had easy access for taxis. i did not have walk far with all the suitcases. the water bus terminus was right next door to the hotel. inside, it felt very elegant and very quiet.

location is right at grand canal beginning. this location makes transportation really convenient, using train, bus, or water taxi. st marks square is only about 30 minutes. it is an easy, enjoyable walk from here.

The room was fantastic. the bed was very comfortable, like a dream. the room has amazing views of the grand canal, what a wonderful sight. it was also easy to reach. There was no lugging luggage across bridges.
